Bookings are confirmed by the payment of a deposit of £250.
This deposit then becomes the bond for the duration of the stay and is returned
within seven days of the end of your stay after the villa has been checked
by the Manager. The full weekly rental costs as quoted are required 8 weeks
before your stay.
For example:-
1 or 2 week stay with rental agreed at £1000
Deposit paid within 7 days of booking
£250.
Full rental payment paid 8 weeks prior to stay £1000
(Deposit becomes £250 bond)
Bond returned within 7 days of end of stay
£250 returned by cheque to you.
